ACTION AND MECHANISM
- Combination of aromatic substances [EXPECTORANT].
INDICATIONS
- [COMMON COLD]. Treatment of symptoms of common cold and [FLU], such as dry cough or nasal congestion.
POSOLOGY
DOSAGE:
- Adults and children over 3 years, topical: Extend a thin layer on the neck, chest and back 1-3 times / 24 hours.
- Adults and children over 6 years old, inhalation: Add a spoonful of product to a bowl of hot water, then inhale the vapors for 10-15 minutes.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Hypersensitivity to any component of the medication.
- [WOUNDS]. This medicine can cause skin irritation, worsening the patient's situation in case of [DERMATITIS], [CUTANEA ULCERA] or [BURNS].
PRECAUTIONS
- History of [ASMA] or [LARINGEO SPASM]. In these patients a spasm of the smooth muscles of the larynx, trachea and bronchi could occur.
- [EPILEPSY]. The administration of essential oils has been associated with the appearance of convulsive symptoms.
PATIENT TIPS
PATIENT TIPS:
- This medication should not be used for more than 7 days in a row. If after this time, symptoms continue or worsen, or if accompanied by high fever, rashes or persistent headache, you should see a doctor.
- This product should not be applied on the face or mucous membranes.
- This product should not be added to cold vaporizers or humidifiers.
PREGNANCY
The safety and efficacy of this medicine in pregnant women has not been evaluated, so its use is not recommended.
LACTATION
It is not known if the active principles of this medicine are excreted in milk, and its possible effects on the infant, so its use is not recommended.
CHILDREN
There is no experience with this drug in children under three years (topical) or six years (via inhalation) so it is not recommended for use.
