Characteristics
Optifibre® is a partially hydrolysed guar gum fibre (PHGG) food supplement.
PHGG fibre is a 100% vegetable, soluble dietary fibre, which helps to promote regular intestinal transit. It acts in a mild and natural way in the body and is well tolerated.
Ingredients
Partially hydrolysed guar gum. May contain milk. Gluten free. No colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
Preparation
Optifibre® is easy to include in your daily routine. Thanks to its neutral taste and easy dissolution, it is very versatile and can be added to hot or cold drinks or meals, without altering the taste, texture or smell. In liquids, add 1 scoop (5g) to 100 ml of liquid and stir. In solids, mix the powder in 100 g of food. For proper dissolution, do not use in carbonated beverages or carbonated water.
Recommendations for use in adults
It is recommended to start with 1 scoop (5g) per day and if necessary, gradually increase the dose by 1 scoop per day every three days. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 20g/day.
