Yo no lo uso como sustitutivo de una comida, comparto por las mañanas un sobre con mi mujer, le he hecho 200ml de agua y 200ml de leche. Está muy rico y junto con mi alimentación diaria, me aporta vitaminas y nutrientes que mi cuerpo necesita. Además es económico. Le doy máxima puntuación.
