What is Melamil® for?
Humana's Melamil® helps you fall asleep thanks to its main ingredient: melatonin, a molecule produced by our body that physiologically supports the sleep-wake cycle in childhood.

Melamil® contains GMO-free melatonin in an easy-to-administer form.

Precise dosage: 1 mg of melatonin in just four drops of Melamil®.

INGREDIENTS:
Fructose, purified water; melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate; sodium benzoate, flavourings; thickeners: xanthan gum.

DOSAGE
- 4 drops (1 mg) once daily. 4 drops (0.17 ml) of melamil contain 1 mg of melatonin
- Take 30 minutes before going to bed.

PREPARATION
Administer the preparation directly from the bottle or after dilution in another liquid.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources (between 15-25 ° C). Once opened, close the bottle immediately.
