How to use:
- For everyday protection against solar radiation and prevention of photoaging skin , ingesting one capsule every day (half an hour before sun exposure )
- To get a beautiful healthy tan 1 capsule daily intake 15 days before sun exposure and during the exhibition days .
- To prolong your tan continue with one capsule 15 days.
- In case of difficulty in eating can empty its contents and mix with juice or yogurt .
