ACTION AND MECHANISM
L-Cystine, in the form of cysteine, is a fundamental molecule in the structure of keratin, an abundant protein in the skin, hair and nails. The sulfur supplied by l-cystine, through its SS bridges, plays a clear role in the quality of keratin. L-cystine deficiency can lead to deterioration and hair loss and loss of strength and elasticity of the nails.
INDICATIONS

POSOLOGY
- Adults and children over 14 years old, orally: 1000-1500 mg / day, divided between the 3 main meals.
