DAOfood is a food for special medical uses that is used in the dietary treatment of the Diamino Oxidase (DAO) enzyme deficit when the predominant symptoms are digestive, such as: constipation, diarrhea, bloating, heavy digestion, gastric acidity, irritable bowel syndrome and cyclic vomiting syndrome, cutaneous: atopic skin, dry skin and dermatitis, and rheumatological: fibromyalgia and generalized musculo-skeletal pain.
DAOfood's Diamine Oxidase (DAO) complements the body's own enzyme, which is responsible for metabolizing histamine. Taking 1 tablet or mini-compressed DAOfood before each meal increases the amount of DAO in the small intestine and thus the ability to degrade histamine. This accelerates the processing in the digestive tract of histamine present in food, which is the trigger of symptoms.
How to use
Take 1 mini-compressed with a little water 20 minutes before meals.
